  • Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Enhance customer experience and CSAT by achieving first call resolution rates and minimizing issues.

Krav

  • In-depth knowledge of Intune and SCCM/SMS for client lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in Directory Services and Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and customer interaction.
