This role requires a Senior DB2 Database Administrator with expertise in Mainframe Automation Tools to manage the complete database lifecycle. Responsibilities include ensuring database performance, availability, security, backup, recovery, replication, and providing production support in mission-critical environments.

Create, modify, and maintain DB2 databases and schemas.
Support application teams with database design and structural changes.
Manage database objects including tables, indexes, views, and tablespaces.
Monitor space usage and growth trends, and perform capacity planning.
Configure and manage backup and recovery processes, and support disaster recovery planning.
Monitor database health, availability, and performance, and perform SQL tuning.
Manage user access and database permissions, and implement security controls.
Support data replication technologies and perform database refreshes.
Troubleshoot database-related incidents and support production outages.
Generate operational and management reports, and develop SQL queries.
