  • Lead value-adding activities such as updating the knowledge base, training new team members, and coaching analysts.
  • Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Drive positive customer experience through first call resolution and proactive threat identification.

Krav

  • Advanced proficiency in NetApp storage solutions and management.
  • Solid understanding of Red Hat Linux administration and configuration.
  • Experience with High Performance Computing frameworks and environments.
  • Familiarity with Load Sharing Facility for job scheduling and resource management.
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud services and operational management.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Optional but valuable certifications: NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA), Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA), Azure Administrator Associate.
