  • Provide advanced support for complex incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions for Zscaler DLP, CASB, and SSE.
  • Contribute to knowledge base management by documenting solutions and creating training materials.
  • Resolve complex support tickets within agreed SLAs, collaborating with other support teams.
  • Enhance customer experience and improve CSAT metrics through effective first call resolution strategies.

Krav

  • Proficiency in Zscaler, Palo Alto, and related security technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective knowledge transfer and customer interaction.
  • Familiarity with incident management processes and ticketing systems.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Optional but valuable: Zscaler Certified Professional, Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE).
