  • Resolve complex support tickets within agreed SLAs, collaborating with other support teams to bolster security posture.
  • Enhance customer experience and improve CSAT metrics through effective first call resolution strategies and proactive threat mitigation.

Krav

  • Proficiency in Zscaler, Palo Alto, and related security technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective knowledge transfer and customer interaction.
  • Familiarity with incident management processes and ticketing systems.
  • Experience with Secure Web Gateway (SWG).

Önskade kvalifikationer
