Requirements
- Proficiency in Zscaler, Palo Alto, and related security technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication skills for effective knowledge transfer and customer interaction.
- Familiarity with incident management processes and ticketing systems.
- Experience with Secure Web Gateway (SWG).
Desired Qualifications
- Optional but valuable: Zscaler Certified Professional.
- Optional but valuable: Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE).
