Individual should provide production support for the Genesys Cloud contact center platform and integrated Verint WFM functions. Strong in incident, service request, and change management, RCA, and ITIL processes. As a senior resource, govern SLAs, handle escalations, and drive continuous service improvement.

  • Provide production support for the Genesys Cloud contact center platform and integrated Verint WFM functions.
  • Govern the SLA; handle escalation management; and continuous service improvement in accordance with Customer processes.
  • Update SOP/KEDB & maintain.

Krav

  • Strong in incident, service request, and change management; RCA and ITIL processes.
  • Individual should provide production support for the Genesys Cloud contact center platform and integrated Verint WFM functions.
