Accenture Strategy & Consulting is seeking a Capital Projects Transformation Analyst in Abu Dhabi to support organizations in planning, executing, and performing large-scale capital investments. This role focuses on Emiratization and UAE talent development, involving cost, schedule, risk, and performance analysis.

Ansvarsområden

Support project controls and PMO activities across major capital programs.
Analyze project cost, schedule, risk, and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and earned value management reporting.
Support project governance, assurance, stage-gate reviews, and executive reporting.
Contribute to portfolio reporting dashboards and business intelligence solutions.
Gather business requirements and document process improvement recommendations.
Support implementation and optimization of capital project systems and digital solutions.
Work collaboratively with project, engineering, finance, procurement, and technology stakeholders.

Krav

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to synthesize data into meaningful business insights.
Attention to detail with a structured approach to delivery.
Ability to work effectively in teams and dynamic client environments.
Experience or exposure to Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Unifier, EcoSys, Aconex, Planisware, Power BI, Project Controls, Cost Controls, Schedule Management, or Project Reporting & Analytics.
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Finance, Economics, or related field.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Background in Capital Projects, Project Management Office (PMO), Project Controls, Engineering, Construction, or Consulting is highly desirable.
Knowledge of EPC, infrastructure, utilities, energy, transportation, manufacturing, or industrial projects is advantageous.
PMP, AACE, or related certifications are a plus.
