Saab is seeking a Head of Core Enterprise Platforms & Applications to lead group-wide enterprise platforms, business applications, data, and AI capabilities for their digital transformation. This executive role requires extensive IT management experience and a strong track record in driving transformation with a focus on cloud, AI, and modern IT infrastructure, reporting directly to the Saab Group CIO.
Ansvarsområden
- Lead and transform Saab’s Core Enterprise Platform & Application capabilities, with focus on cloud, AI and modernisation.
- Enable efficient, secure, and scalable business processes through modern digital platforms and core business applications.
- Drive the modernisation of core enterprise platforms while ensuring stable and reliable service delivery.
- Define and drive the roadmap for Core Enterprise Platforms & Applications, including data and AI governance, platform modernisation, and data-driven operations.
- Enable secure, accessible, and trusted data through strong governance and data security by design.
- Drive standardisation, interoperability, and integration across enterprise platforms, applications and data domains.
- Support the decentralisation of business-specific solutions while ensuring common platforms and capabilities are leveraged effectively across the enterprise.
- Represent Group IT in cross-functional forums and engage with senior business and technology stakeholders.
Krav
- Academic degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of IT management experience, including several years of leadership of leaders
- Extensive experience in enterprise applications, digital platforms, data management, analytics, governance, and AI-related capabilities
- Proven experience driving transformation with focus on cloud, AI and modern IT infrastructure and large-scale technology initiatives
- Experience modernising enterprise platforms and enabling data-driven operating models
- Strong understanding of data governance, data security, interoperability, and enterprise architecture principles
- Experience from large global organisations; ideally including defence
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes
- Fluency in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around security protection. For positions requiring security clearance, additional obligations regarding citizenship may apply.
