This role involves administering and developing Salesforce CRM solutions, including configuration, automation, and integration. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and development, including Apex and LWC.

Ansvarsområden

Provide Salesforce CRM support (break/fix, configuration, enhancements, monitoring, testing, troubleshooting).
Administer Salesforce environments including user management, security, profiles, roles, permission sets, and data access.
Design, configure, and develop Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and custom development.
Build and maintain flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation.
Develop and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and integrations.
Support CRM enhancements, releases, and deployments.
Proactively monitor system health, usage trends, and data quality.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into CRM solutions.
Support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

Krav

1–3 years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM administration and/or development.
Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, security model, and standard CRM objects.
Hands‑on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience building Salesforce automation using Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules.
Experience supporting Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
Understanding of Salesforce release management, environments, and deployment tools.
Experience working with integrations, data migration, and data quality best practices.
Solid understanding of CRM best practices, scalable design principles, and governance.
