As a Sales & Supply Support Specialist at IKEA in Venustiano Carranza, Mexico, you will monitor in-store Logistics IT systems to ensure optimal stock control and product availability. You will support the commercial team by managing stock administration, article maintenance, and providing sales advice to minimize customer impact.

Ansvarsområden

Monitor in-store Logistics IT-systems for optimal stock control.
Focus on order parameters, product ordering, and availability checks to maintain product availability.
Work with the commercial team to minimize the impact of availability issues on customers.
Support the store commercial team in smooth selling-off of products and implementation of sales plans.
Ensure maintenance of articles in the system.
Provide advice to the Sales team concerning range, stock level, and optimal use of sales space.
Ensure accurate stock administration (incoming goods, follow up and analysis of inventory, and internal transactions).
Stay informed about Store and department priorities.
Review improvement suggestions regularly with the team.

Krav

Bachelor degree/ Master degree
