ABB is seeking a Sales Specialist for their PSB/Residential/Renewable division. This full-time, on-site role involves achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and managing sales processes to ensure sustainable order growth and profitability.

Ansvarsområden

  • Achieve qualitative and quantitative sales targets for assigned divisions, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability.
  • Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand needs and promote ABB's offerings.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Prepare sales plans and conduct regular status reviews, proposing recovery plans for shortfalls.
  • Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities.
  • Manage administrative procedures, support cash collection, and assist with project management when needed.
  • Prepare offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department or Marketing Manager.
  • Ensure appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions.

  • Build long-lasting customer relationships and manage resolution of their specific needs/issues.
  • Ensure knowledge sharing and cross-division and cross-country collaborations.
