Drive the sales of ABB Motion Drive Products within the assigned market.
Achieve qualitative and quantitative sales targets for orders, revenue, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
Deliver innovative drive solutions to improve energy efficiency, productivity, and operational performance.
Communicate details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions.
Ensure efficient marketing activities and communicate value proposition to customers.
Manage administrative procedures in sales processes.
Support cash collection and project management activities.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in industrial automation, motion, drives, motor, or related electrical equipment industries.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing customer relationships in B2B environments.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
