Seeking a passionate Sales Representative for the OEM team in Oakleigh, Melbourne, to manage an established territory and customer portfolio. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sustainable sales growth.
Develop and execute account plans and sales strategies.
Manage and support marketing and sales activities of the OEM division.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and distributor partners.
Coach and support distributor sales teams.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.

Experience in field sales, business development, key account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
Proven ability to identify opportunities, win new business, and grow existing accounts.
Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Commercial acumen and sound decision-making capabilities.
