Ansvarsområden
- Forecasting anticipated sales and aligning with the division supply.
- Engage with customers to introduce Sandvik products and solutions that address their needs.
- Participate in product testing and ROI analysis with customers where required.
- Feedback quality and/or design issues with Product Management at the division.
- Usher PO’s to the order desk and follow-up with the order desk and/or the division on back orders or any issues with supply.
- Assist with AR on any customers with overdue payment issues.
Krav
- BA in Mining or Mechanical Engineering
- 10 years in related industry
- MSHA pt. 48 certification
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States on an indefinite basis without employer sponsorship.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Knowledge of mechanical cutting equipment/applications
- Knowledge of point of attack tooling design and applicational usage
- Experience in the coal/limestone/tunneling/roadmilling industries
- Knowledge of basic geological features as it pertains to cuttability
- General knowledge of point of attack tooling manufacturing
