Autoliv is seeking a Sales Intern in Brasov, Romania, for a hybrid role. The intern will support the Sales Specialist team and Account Managers with various tasks including prototype activities, order processing, and invoice/payment follow-up. This position requires strong soft skills like logical thinking and communication, along with technical skills in Excel and English.
Ansvarsområden
- Supports the Sales Specialist team and Account Manager in specific and general activities.
- Assists in prototype activities related to offer creation, PO confirmation, PO download, and internal order creation.
- Creates MD requests for new customers.
- Follows invoices and payments.
- Receives and checks purchasing orders for conformity.
- Supports CFT activities, including updating lists, storing orders, filling customer portals, and payment follow-up.
- Offers support to AM in the RFQ phase for PDS built.
- Follows-up PDS evolutions in serial life and spare parts.
- Follows the level of overdoes, analyzes and reports to AM, and supports the AM in the action plan to reduce overdoes.
