Ensure IKEA basic merchandising standards are in place.
Convey passion about IKEA products and share knowledge with customers and colleagues.
Understand store and department action plans and contribute to department goals.
Offer all available IKEA services to customers.
Lead and/or support planned commercial activities.
Maximize sales while maintaining profitability by focusing on top-selling products.

Approximately 6 months of work experience in a high-volume sales or customer service environment.
Enjoy working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working on ladders and with heights.
Ability to prioritize and organize own work efficiently.
