We are seeking a Sales Administration Specialist to join our remote team in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. This full-time permanent role involves tracking sales data, preparing sales contracts, managing logistics, and ensuring timely payment collection from dealers. Ansvarsområden

Track salesman sales data and report on sales performance.
Prepare sales contracts and manage their completion within lead times.
Manage and distribute catalogues, materials, and gifts to salesmen for customer visits.
Process sales orders, create sold-to-code and ship-to-code as per company requirements.
Handle stock orders and track them with the logistics/operation team.
Monitor roll-out times for orders and contracts.
Collaborate with salesmen to process orders and release stock internally.
Collect and prepare necessary documents, including delivery and payment documents for specific projects.
Remind dealers and collect payments on time.
Track and manage sample returns according to company policy and agreements.

Krav

Experience in sales administration or a similar role.
Proficiency in tracking sales data and preparing reports.
Ability to prepare and manage sales contracts.
Experience in managing stock and coordinating with logistics teams.
Skills in payment tracking and collection.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
