Ansvarsområden

  • Assist with identity verification and fraud mitigation for daily freight movements.
  • Investigate suspicious activity and address escalations.
  • Create long-term, systemic solutions for customer experience.
  • Conduct data analysis and perform investigations.
  • Pull data from databases using Excel, SQL, and/or other databases for ad hoc reporting.
  • Take appropriate action to identify and minimize risks from fraud or abuse patterns.
  • Identify and eliminate root causes of defects to drive efficiency in transportation operations.
  • Understand business impact of trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Escalate problems or variance in information and data to relevant owners.
  • Work within time constraints to meet business needs.
  • Create written and verbal communications outlining weekly findings and variances.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for collaboration on fraud risks and investigations.
  • Apply risk management best practices to mitigate issues and improve processes.
  • Define SOPs, document new methods of abuse/frauds, and drive gaps to closure.
  • Constantly monitor metrics to identify deviations and spot emerging frauds.
  • Drive program/process goals independently.
  • Partner with multiple fraud/abuse teams to learn and implement industry best practices.

Krav

  • 2+ years of logistics operations experience
  • 3+ years of identity verification/fraud detection process experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of and proficiency in Excel and SQL

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience working with data warehousing, data quality
  • Experience using data to drive root cause elimination and process improvement
  • Experience using data and trends to articulate business needs or equivalent
