Volvo Financial Services is seeking a Retail Credit Analyst in Greensboro, NC to partner with dealers and customers. Ansvarsområden
- Analyze and underwrite commercial loan and lease transactions.
- Evaluate customer financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, and credit reports.
- Structure transactions including down payments, terms, and collateral.
- Partner with dealers, customers, and sales teams to identify financing solutions.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of credit requests and deliver timely decisions.
- Present credit recommendations and risk assessments to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, OFAC, documentation, and credit policies.
- Participate in portfolio reviews and post-mortem analyses.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in credit underwriting, lending, risk management, commercial banking, equipment finance, specialty finance, consumer lending, auto finance, or related fields.
- Strong financial analysis skills, including interpretation of financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, and credit bureau data.
- Experience making, recommending, or supporting credit decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to assess risk, identify mitigating factors, and structure transactions.
- Strong written, verbal, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Teams and Excel.

- Experience evaluating non-prime, near-prime, thin-file, start-up, or challenged-credit applicants is highly valued.

- Base pay of $63,100.00 - $77,900.00 annually, bonus eligible.
