Emerson is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Mandaluyong, Philippines, to provide outstanding after-sales customer care for brands like RIDGID, Greenlee, and Klauke. This hybrid role involves supporting sales and distribution partners via email and phone, resolving customer concerns, and managing various administrative duties.

Ansvarsområden

Provide professional and efficient customer service and accurate solutions for customer concerns as guided by a defined process and procedure, utilizing tools and systems, within the assigned function and scope of work.
Attend to general product information, including price and lead time, warranty, SRA and RMA requests.
Provide email and phone support to sales and distribution partners (e.g. order entry and maintenance, quotation and proforma, order status, allocation, shipping discrepancy).
Handle and resolve customer complaints including, but not limited to missed shipments, incorrect orders, billing disputes, credit requests, and export-related concerns.
Perform other customer service administration duties, such as open order report, preparing export documents, etc.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, order management, or other related functions.
