Alstom seeks a Reporting & Closing Transformation Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives, focusing on digitalizing processes and enhancing reporting solutions. This role involves coordinating projects for cash reporting automation and managing reporting tools, master data, and closing activities.

Ansvarsområden

Coordinate projects to fully automate cash reporting based on SAP data.
Review cash mapping between SAP and reporting tools for consistent reporting.
Organize workshops with business units, identify gaps, and define corrective actions.
Define appropriate processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
Write business requirements, validate IT solutions, and lead testing for automated data flows.
Drive change management, including documentation and user training.
Provide expertise in cash reporting.
Support the core team of the Nov@ project for consolidation, planning, and management reporting tools.
Coordinate project activities, plan and facilitate meetings, and ensure deliverable alignment.
Identify, structure, and resolve open issues and arbitration points.
Monitor progress against action plans and ensure follow-up of key initiatives.
Provide financial insights and FP&A expertise.
Manage contracts and business opportunities master data.
Manage the generic email inbox for user queries and process reinforcement.
Manage incidents in coordination with technical support.
Write functional specifications, validate solutions, and perform testing for master data tools.
Manage official communications to the Finance community.
Support closing activities, including analysis and solution monitoring.

Krav

Master’s degree in Finance.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance, including FP&A.
Experience with finance tool implementation and closing processes.
Experience with financial systems (SAP FICO, BI, and reporting tools).
Professional working proficiency in French and English.
