Securitas is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for the EMEA region to act as a subject matter expert in defining best practices and managing operational strategy and execution. The role involves client-facing project management, continuous improvement, and supporting strategic growth objectives.

Ansvarsområden

Lead operational strategy and execution across the EMEA region.
Ensure operational planning, resource allocation, and KPI performance.
Collaborate with branches and line managers to streamline operations and service quality.
Oversee quality assurance for onboarding and security staff KPIs.
Act as the primary point of contact for client-facing projects, ensuring deliverables are met.
Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle.
Coordinate strategic projects aligned with business objectives.
Develop and implement scalable project methodologies.
Provide regular updates and documentation to stakeholders.
Support the Regional Account Director in developing and directing strategy.
Develop strategic operating plans.
Identify and develop new opportunities for organizational growth.
Implement company policies and procedures.
Build and maintain an effective Management Team.
Develop policies and implement effective processes and standards.
Oversee projects with regulations and completion status.
Collaborate with branches to develop standardized policies and processes.
Work with managers to get the best performance from employees.
Take remedial action where necessary.
Recruit, interview, and hire key team members.
Conduct periodical audits.
Oversee companies training completion rates.
Ensure services are planned, delivered, and evaluated in response to customer and company needs.
Deal with escalated customer issues.
Act as main point of contact for all Operations & Projects related topics.
Oversee internal communication.
Maintain effective communication with line managers.
Deploy best practices across scope and functionally; drive continuous improvement activities.
Identify and initiate improvement opportunities.
Analyze operational and financial indicators to continuously improve account performance.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Demonstrate core brand values and culture.
Take responsibility for team actions.
Support decision-making process with accurate information.
Evaluate situations using problem-solving skills.
Make emergency decisions for the whole team.

Krav

Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Security, Law Enforcement, Business Management, Accounting or equivalent education or significant years of work experience.
Understanding of employment legislation relating to the provision of Security staff across the region.
Experience in dealing with information and intelligence, interpreting security threats and risks and management of investigations.
Advanced skills in all Microsoft products.
Holding security licence.
Fluent in English; ability to speak other languages common in the region is a plus.
