Ansvarsområden

Lead and coordinate quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards.
Support production teams by identifying, analyzing, and mitigating product and process quality risks.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing defects, scrap, and process variation.
Supervise and guide Quality, MI, and Scrap Auditors to ensure effective implementation of quality tools and methodologies.
Monitor quality performance metrics, investigate root causes of nonconformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions to achieve zero-defect objectives.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
Strong knowledge and application of Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA).
Experience leading and participating in 8D problem-solving and corrective action processes.
Knowledge of customer-specific requirements and quality standards within the automotive industry.
