Ericsson Estonia is looking for a Quality Inspector Trainee for a Winter/Spring 2027 traineeship. This role involves inspecting products and assemblies to ensure they meet quality criteria, documenting defects, and supporting investigations. The position is shift-based and requires availability from February 1st to May 31st, 2027.

Ansvarsområden

Perform visual and quality inspections of products and assemblies
Verify product compliance against drawings, work instructions and defined quality criteria
Identify and document defects and deviations accurately
Support the handling and investigation of quality deviations
Record inspection results in applicable systems and documentation
Follow defined quality, safety and production procedures
Cooperate with Quality, Production and other relevant functions
Support continuous improvement and maintain a clean, organized inspection workplace

Krav

Currently studying at a Vocational School or University
Available and ready to commit to the traineeship full time (40 hr per week Mon-Fri) for the standard period of 01.02.2027-31.05.2027
Reached the age of 18 by 1 February 2027
Valid working rights in Estonia at least till 31.05.2027
Students pursuing technical or quality related studies, or with an interest in electronics, manufacturing or production quality
Careful and accurate, able to follow technical instructions
Understand English work instructions and technical documentation
Some proficiency in English, both verbal and written
