Ansvarsområden
- Lead the implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SQF, and FSC management systems.
- Lead deviation investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA processes, and internal quality claims.
- Lead food safety culture initiatives, HACCP action plans, calibration management systems, and measurement system analysis activities.
- Lead the integration of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodologies with management system requirements.
- Develop, train, and mentor a cross-functional internal auditor team.
- Coordinate annual management system training programs for production and support employees.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years of quality systems experience in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of ISO standards, SQF, FSC, HACCP, SPC, Gage R&R, FMEA, CAPA.
- Knowledge of root cause analysis.
- Ideally knowledge of Minitab, SAP, Power BI.
- Knowledge in project management and training facilitation preferred.
- Lead Auditor experience a plus.
- Ideally Six Sigma certification.

- Annual Base Salary Range: $72,500 USD - $103,400 USD
- Eligible for performance incentive of 10% of ABS
