I korthet

Saab söker en chef för produktledning och affärsutveckling till Produktområde Integrerade System. Du kommer att leda ett team av produkt- och anbudschefer för att definiera marknadserbjudanden och vinna nya affärer, samt driva affärsutveckling och Sales & Operations Planning. Rollen kräver ledarskapsförmåga, finansiell förståelse och utmärkta kommunikationsfärdigheter på svenska och engelska.

Ansvarsområden

Define and develop the Product Unit’s market offering.
Win new business.
Oversee a team of product managers and bid managers.
Drive Business Development including Sales & Operations Planning for the PU.
Contribute to product and business strategy.
Drive continuous improvements and identify new operational opportunities.

Krav

Leadership experience with a focus on business and customer understanding.
Good financial understanding.
Experience in project management and/or product management.
Strong social skills and a willingness to build relationships internally and externally.
Ability to create a collaborative culture characterized by transparency, frequent feedback, respect, and trust.
Team player willing to go the extra mile for the team and its objectives.
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Pass a security vetting.
Citizenship requirements may apply for positions requiring security clearance.
