Ansvarsområden
- Coordinate efforts at the AMDC to investigate root cause, implement corrective actions, execute remedial actions, and resolve customer and supplier claims.
- Conduct preliminary investigations of all claims coordinated by the AMDC.
- Assign investigations to appropriate units and follow up for timely completion.
- Issue call tags to return goods from customers and inspect returned goods for credit issuance.
- Issue RMA's for customer credits and execute stock adjustments.
- Document claim actions and decisions in the ACT claim system and determine claim completion.
- Reassign claims outside AMDC responsibility and interact with other departments.
- Identify claim trends and lead Problem Resolution Projects (PRP).
- Document new claims on the Quality Status Board and maintain updates.
- Provide monthly reports on claim status, KPIs, and data from claim tools.
- Train relevant teams on the claims process and guidance.
- Support ALPS activities and lead continuous improvement projects.
Krav
- High school diploma or GED (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel, and SharePoint.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain performance.

- Prior experience in claims coordination or quality management is likely beneficial.
- Familiarity with distribution center operations.
- Experience with claim systems like ACT.
