As a Quality Assurance Engineer for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) in Bengaluru, India, you will design and implement comprehensive test strategies, including automation and manual testing, for mission-critical eCommerce systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality, identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes.

Ansvarsområden

Design and develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, automation, and methodologies.
Collaborate and influence cross-functional teams to understand software quality requirements.
Define release planning and provide input on readiness for production deployment.
Work with component teams to identify pain points and provide technical guidance.
Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios (functional, regression, performance, security).
Identify and document defects, issues, and areas for improvement.
Perform root cause analysis and work with the development team to resolve issues.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in QA.
Define key metrics for measuring and reporting on software quality and test effectiveness.

Krav

5+ years of quality assurance engineering experience.
Experience in automation testing.
Experience in manual testing.
Experience scripting or coding.
Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects.
5+ years of delivering test frameworks, test tools, leading QA projects and initiatives.
Knowledge of QA methodology and tools, with demonstrated experience in an QAE role.
Excellent English written and verbal skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium.
Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics.
Knowledge of at least one modern object-oriented programming language such as C++, Java, Objective-C.
Experience developing high quality test plans, test designs, test strategies, and test execution.
Experience in leading/coordinating work for other test teams.
