I korthet

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including handling incoming invoices, processing approved invoices, and resolving purchase order-related queries. The role also involves performing supplier payments, preparing reconciliations and reports, and assisting with month-end closing activities.

Ansvarsområden

Handle incoming invoices accurately and timely.
Process approved invoices according to procedures and standards.
Resolve the majority of Purchase Order-related queries independently.
Pro-actively reach out to local finance representatives regarding unapproved invoices.
Perform supplier payments according to the payment calendar.
Resolve PtP-related queries from local finance or suppliers.
Prepare periodical accounts’ reconciliations independently.
Provide documentation support for audit purposes.
Prepare required monthly reports.
Assist with month-end closing activities.
Ensure 100% data accuracy in all applied systems.
Suggest potential areas for further development or improvement across the PtP function.

Krav

Preferable degree in Finance/Accounting or other related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable area in SSC/BPO.
Practical knowledge of accounting processes and rules.
Strong Analytical skills include identifying, forecasting and resolving problems.
Excellent communication and numeric skills with good attention to detail.
Proficient in English communication (both verbally and in writing).
Ability to adapt when, due to business demands, deadlines and priorities change.
Practical knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
iScala knowledge is a plus.
