ABB seeks a Project Specialist in San Pedro Garza Garcia, Mexico, to support sales operations and customers during the proposal process. This hybrid role involves preparing technical descriptions, determining costs, and managing electrical projects in various commercial construction markets, requiring a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of project management experience.

Ansvarsområden

Offers technical advice and provides comment on specifications for customers/channels/Sales Engineers regarding ABB products/systems/applications.
Plans and implements multiple simultaneous electrical projects at various customer work sites in the US, including the activities of staff and subcontractors.
Identifies and manages opportunities to expand projects in ways that bring value to our customer and satisfy profitability requirements, including change orders.
Serves as the primary customer contact for the duration of each project.
Prepares and delivers technical presentations and demonstrations for both internal staff and customers on complex product issues.
Offers product/solution/service-related training to customers and other stakeholders.
Prepares and checks technical documents for submittal to customers.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, mechatronic, or a related engineering field.
3+ years of experience as a project manager in the electrical, automotive, or manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP (ERP), and Microsoft Project.
Experience managing 15+ simultaneous projects (including low-voltage products and construction projects for facilities such as schools and hospitals).
Experience in stakeholder management (interacting with clients and external partners).
Knowledge and application of ABB products; ability to read electrical and single-line diagrams.
Advanced English proficiency is required for this role.

Önskade kvalifikationer

PMP certification is a plus.
Strong skills in customer care, automation, and process improvement, with the ability to engage and build solid relationships with both customers and management.
