Alstom is seeking a Project Manager for Onboard & Urban Signalling projects in Madrid. The role involves managing project execution, leading teams, ensuring contract compliance, and driving risk management to deliver critical rail transport systems. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring a degree in engineering and 5-8 years of project management experience, with fluency in Spanish and English.

Ansvarsområden

  • Plan and manage full project execution from transfer to close-out, in line with Contract / Program Charter.
  • Lead project teams, including core members and partners (internal & external).
  • Manage project performance (cash, margin, quality, delivery, customer satisfaction).
  • Ensure contract compliance and protect Alstom’s legal and contractual rights.
  • Drive risk and opportunity management proactively.
  • Align stakeholders and represent Alstom towards customers and partners.
  • Monitor KPIs and report transparently to senior management.
  • Ensure full compliance with EHS standards and Code of Ethics.

Krav

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 5–8 years of Project Management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of project management processes.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and diverse product environments.
  • Experience working in multicultural and multinational contexts.
  • Fluent Spanish and high level of English.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Background in railway systems is highly valued.
  • French is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented mindset and strong leadership skills.
