Alstom is seeking a Project Manager for Onboard & Urban Signalling projects in Madrid. Responsibilities
- Plan and manage full project execution from transfer to close-out, in line with Contract / Program Charter.
- Lead project teams, including core members and partners (internal & external).
- Manage project performance (cash, margin, quality, delivery, customer satisfaction).
- Ensure contract compliance and protect Alstom’s legal and contractual rights.
- Drive risk and opportunity management proactively.
- Align stakeholders and represent Alstom towards customers and partners.
- Monitor KPIs and report transparently to senior management.
- Ensure full compliance with EHS standards and Code of Ethics.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5–8 years of Project Management experience.
- Strong knowledge of project management processes.
- Experience managing subcontractors and diverse product environments.
- Experience working in multicultural and multinational contexts.
- Fluent Spanish and high level of English.
Desired Qualifications
- Background in railway systems is highly valued.
- French is a plus.
- Goal-oriented mindset and strong leadership skills.
