Emerson is hiring a Project Manager in Nilai, Malaysia. This role involves leading project execution from award to completion, ensuring compliance with requirements, and managing schedules, budgets, and risks. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and at least 5 years of project management experience in industrial manufacturing or related fields.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead project execution from award through completion in accordance with Emerson PMO processes.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, commercial, technical, and quality requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Manage project changes, variation orders, and commercial opportunities.
  • Lead customer kick-off meetings, progress reviews, inspections, and project closeout activities.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and business partners.
  • Track project KPIs and provide regular status updates.
  • Ensure accurate project documentation and successful project handover.

Krav

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in industrial manufacturing, EPC, flow control, valves, instrumentation, or related industries.
  • Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong customer communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of project financial management and change order management.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel based on project requirements.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
  • Experience with engineered flow control products, including control valves, actuators, and regulators.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as ASME, ASTM, IEC, and ISA.
  • Experience managing complex international or EPC projects.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and best practices.
