Responsibilities
- Lead project execution from award through completion in accordance with Emerson PMO processes.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, commercial, technical, and quality requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and other cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Manage project changes, variation orders, and commercial opportunities.
- Lead customer kick-off meetings, progress reviews, inspections, and project closeout activities.
- Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and business partners.
- Track project KPIs and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure accurate project documentation and successful project handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in industrial manufacturing, EPC, flow control, valves, instrumentation, or related industries.
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong customer communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of project financial management and change order management.
- Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel based on project requirements.
Desired Qualifications
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Experience with engineered flow control products, including control valves, actuators, and regulators.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ASME, ASTM, IEC, and ISA.
- Experience managing complex international or EPC projects.
- Knowledge of project management tools and best practices.
