Alfa Laval seeks a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in Pune, India. This role requires driving planning, execution, and adoption across multiple functions to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with measurable business value. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 7-10+ years of experience with at least two full-cycle ERP implementations.

Ansvarsområden

  • Define scope, objectives, success metrics, and phase plan for ERP implementation.
  • Build and manage the integrated project plan, resource model, and schedule.
  • Establish project governance and communication plan.
  • Orchestrate business process discovery and solution design, ensuring standardization.
  • Own the data strategy, including cleansing, migration, and quality.
  • Lead build, configuration, defect triage, and testing cycles (SIT, UAT).
  • Drive change management strategy, including communications and training.
  • Lead cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support.
  • Manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls, data privacy, and security standards.
  • Manage vendor SOWs, deliverables, and quality gates.
  • Track project budget, forecasts, and benefit realization.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Finance or related field.
  • 7–10+ years of project management experience.
  • 2+ full-cycle ERP implementations (multi-entity/multi-country preferred).
  • Hands-on experience across ERP domains.
  • Strong planning & execution discipline.
  • Risk and dependency management skills.
  • Executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Vendor negotiation skills.
  • Analytical problem solving and decision-making under pressure.
  • Business acumen in Finance/Supply Chain/Manufacturing/HCM.
  • Change leadership and user adoption focus.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Master’s degree preferred.
