Alfa Laval seeks a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in Pune, India. This role requires driving planning, execution, and adoption across multiple functions to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with measurable business value. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 7-10+ years of experience with at least two full-cycle ERP implementations.
Responsibilities
- Define scope, objectives, success metrics, and phase plan for ERP implementation.
- Build and manage the integrated project plan, resource model, and schedule.
- Establish project governance and communication plan.
- Orchestrate business process discovery and solution design, ensuring standardization.
- Own the data strategy, including cleansing, migration, and quality.
- Lead build, configuration, defect triage, and testing cycles (SIT, UAT).
- Drive change management strategy, including communications and training.
- Lead cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support.
- Manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls, data privacy, and security standards.
- Manage vendor SOWs, deliverables, and quality gates.
- Track project budget, forecasts, and benefit realization.
- Lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Finance or related field.
- 7–10+ years of project management experience.
- 2+ full-cycle ERP implementations (multi-entity/multi-country preferred).
- Hands-on experience across ERP domains.
- Strong planning & execution discipline.
- Risk and dependency management skills.
- Executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Vendor negotiation skills.
- Analytical problem solving and decision-making under pressure.
- Business acumen in Finance/Supply Chain/Manufacturing/HCM.
- Change leadership and user adoption focus.
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree preferred.
