Champion innovation by introducing new technologies and methodologies to enhance system performance.
Promote knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team, building technical excellence.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in rail systems design or project management.
Proficiency in system integration, control center architecture, and project lifecycle tools.
Strong understanding of safety standards, operational requirements, and digital transformation in rail.
Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and drive results.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Strong knowledge of railway signalling systems, ATS architectures, SCADA solutions, and system integration practices.
