Ansvarsområden

Manage execution of multiple programs focused on digital design flows, AI methodology deployment, and operational improvements across Interface IP R&D teams.
Partner with technical leaders to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, dashboards, and analytics.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align program goals with company strategy.
Present program status, risks, and outcomes to executive audiences.
Run team operations including newsletters, internal websites, Jira tracking, and cross-functional coordination mechanisms.
Work across global teams to identify workflow gaps, drive operational improvements, and enable adoption of best-in-class digital methodologies.

Krav

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline.
10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry with a strong foundation in digital design, verification, or EDA tooling.
Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager leading complex, cross-functional programs in semiconductor development environments.
Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, build program plans, and drive execution to completion.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing and presenting to executive audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to create dashboards, track metrics, and use data to drive decisions.
Understanding of artificial intelligence or machine learning methodologies and their application to semiconductor design flows.
Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Unix, and Perforce.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience with digital front-end flows, Synopsys verification tools, and Fusion Compiler is a plus.
PMP or other relevant program management certifications are a plus.
