ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is looking for a Key Account Project Coordinator to manage projects for large customers, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This back-office role involves coordinating internal teams, third-party contractors, and external stakeholders to deliver new installations and service projects across Canada.

Ansvarsområden

Lead and manage new installation projects from initiation to completion, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
Estimate resources, track milestones, monitor deliverables, and troubleshoot issues.
Develop and implement best practices, tools, and reporting systems for project management.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
Oversee Key Account Customer (KAC) installations across Canada, including scheduling and progress tracking.
Review engineering drawings, create RFIs, and prepare quotes for tenders and replacements.
Collaborate with architectural teams, subcontractors, and glazing contractors.
Order automatic doors, glass, aluminum profiles, and hardware per technical specifications.
Conduct site visits, inventory counts, and prepare packing slips.
Generate sales order reports to identify doors for replacement and support internal processes.
Perform additional tasks as required by management.

Krav

5 years of direct work experience in a project management capacity.
Strong familiarity with project management software.
Database and operating systems experience with third-party EDI systems.
Competent and proficient understanding of the automatic door industry.
Experience working independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
Flexibility during times of change.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
