As a Program Manager for Installation Support in Austin, TX, you will be the primary coordination lead for a strategic customer account, responsible for planning and executing complex equipment installations and service delivery. This role requires strong cross-functional coordination, customer communication, and schedule management to ensure successful product deployment within the semiconductor industry.

Ansvarsområden

  • Serve as the primary program coordination lead for a strategic customer account.
  • Plan, coordinate, and drive execution of equipment installation, start-up, upgrade, and service delivery activities.
  • Focus on cross-functional coordination, customer communication, schedule management, risk mitigation, and successful product deployment.
  • Communicate installation and deployment schedules, resource requirements, and logistics readiness across service, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
  • Monitor program progress and communicate status, risks, and key deliverables to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead installation and deployment programs to achieve on-time customer acceptance and successful system start-up.
  • Ensure alignment between customer schedules and product delivery commitments.
  • Coordinate installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance activities.
  • Drive issue resolution, escalation management, and risk mitigation.
  • Provide program governance, milestone tracking, and executive status reporting.
  • Support the execution of high-visibility customer programs.

Krav

  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Prior semiconductor industry experience.
  • Prior experience coordinating complex semiconductor equipment installations, customer deployments, and program management in a field environment.
  • Highly collaborative with demonstrated ability to coordinate across engineering, service, manufacturing, logistics, and customer organizations.
  • Ability to analyze information, identify key issues, and report clearly and accurately.
  • Technically minded, able to quickly grasp concepts in areas outside own prior experience.
  • Ability to deliver to tight deadlines on multiple concurrent projects.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project using Office 365.
  • Personal composure under pressure and experience operating under challenging circumstances.
  • Flexible working approach.
  • Proficient in English.
