Ansvarsområden

Design and build complex new processes.
Drive technology solutions.
Initiate large cost reduction or efficiency improvement initiatives.
Launch new supply chain models.
Identify pain points and scope high-impact projects with finance, supply chain execution, and transportation teams.
Conduct cost-benefit analysis and make go/no-go decisions.
Develop execution plans and timelines.
Create roadmaps and metrics to measure initiative progress.
Write reports and documents detailing progress for leadership.
Liaise across functions to drive projects and resolve issues.
Work with technology teams to scope and drive necessary tech changes.
Act as a single-threaded owner for initiatives.
Ensure programs achieve set financial or other impact goals.

Krav

3+ years of program or project management experience.
3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience defining program requirements.
Experience using data and metrics to determine improvements.
Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps).
Knowledge of SQL.

Önskade kvalifikationer

3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
3+ years of driving process improvements.
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
