Ansvarsområden
- Drive improvement in worldwide shipment infrastructure by defining usage, configuration, and standardization of transportation milestones.
- Execute initiatives to improve shipment accuracy and customer experience.
- Evaluate existing workflows and define Amazon's central authority on these workflows.
- Identify and execute data-driven workstreams to find infrastructure gaps and define future roadmaps.
- Improve worldwide customer experience and operations visibility through accurate delivery status milestones.
- Execute program and project initiatives, provide customer support, and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Work with global stakeholders including Transportation, ATS, AMZL, Customer Service, Customer Experience, Product, and Tech teams.
- Communicate project statuses and updates globally.
- Manage competing priorities and drive alignment with leadership for optimal solutions.
Krav
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
- 3+ years of driving process improvements.
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
