Amazon Seller Services seeks a Program Manager for its India Easy Ship operations to drive improvements in seller experience and supply chain efficiency. Ansvarsområden

  • Develop and monitor program metrics to identify potential issues in last mile deliveries.
  • Identify patterns of defects to build initiatives for reducing defects at scale.
  • Pull data, perform deep-dives, and conduct root-cause analysis.
  • Lead initiatives to identify and eliminate root causes of defects to improve the delivery experience.
  • Provide business updates during weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to share updates, resolve blockers, and deliver programs on time.
  • Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs.
  • Systematically escalate problems or variances to relevant owners and follow through on resolutions.

Krav

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
  • Experience in MS Access and SQL
  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents
  • Master's degree or equivalent
