Amazon seeks a Program Manager to own the end-to-end change management process for GESI-IN in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role involves process ownership, scope control, delivery management, risk mitigation, and Capex consolidation for various projects within the GESI-IN network.

Ansvarsområden

  • Own the end-to-end Change Management scope for GESI-IN, from intake through post-implementation review.
  • Serve as the primary interface between change requestors and the Steering Committee.
  • Manage, monitor, and control approved change requests from initiation through execution.
  • Identify, quantify, and mitigate risks across all active change requests.
  • Document, manage, and control approved change requests as input for OP1 and OP2 planning cycles.
  • Push approved change requests into Source, manage project health and risk, and deliver performance reports.
  • Develop, validate, and consolidate estimated Capex for all approved Change Requests.

Krav

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
  • PMP certificate, or CPA
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including colleagues and leadership, or experience managing teams
  • 5+ years of change management experience
