Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end Change Management scope for GESI-IN, from intake through post-implementation review.
- Serve as the primary interface between change requestors and the Steering Committee.
- Manage, monitor, and control approved change requests from initiation through execution.
- Identify, quantify, and mitigate risks across all active change requests.
- Document, manage, and control approved change requests as input for OP1 and OP2 planning cycles.
- Push approved change requests into Source, manage project health and risk, and deliver performance reports.
- Develop, validate, and consolidate estimated Capex for all approved Change Requests.
Requirements
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- PMP certificate, or CPA
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including colleagues and leadership, or experience managing teams
- 5+ years of change management experience
