The Program Manager - Engineering & Automation Projects drives end-to-end project governance for automation, capacity, and Innovation Lab initiatives. This role manages project lifecycles, maintains trackers, and ensures project health through risk analysis and stakeholder coordination.

Ansvarsområden

Track all approved OP (OP1 & OP2) Intake requests for capacity, automation initiatives, Innovation Lab, Study & assessment/any other category requiring GESI-IN delivery.
Monitor and control projects through continuous risk analysis and timely escalation with technical write-ups.
Own the Innovation lab’s master project tracker (IPDS) including phase, milestones, dev-cycle time, RAG status and payback.
Create and maintain a launch tracker with backward updated status for timely actions/support.
Own end-to-end details and quality of automation/capacity/IL charters for business review narratives (WBR, MBR & QBR).
Produce monthly Innovation Lab Newsletter with project progress, wins, look ahead, and team spotlights.
Issue event-driven flash reports for gate outcomes, milestone hits, and critical blockers.
Coordinate across Operations, RME, WHS, Finance, GPO and vendor partners to keep cross-functional commitments on track.

Krav

Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Windows Operating Systems
Bachelor's degree
Experience in a fast-paced, automated, industrial, logistics, production or manufacturing environment

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience of automated equipment including packaging machinery, sortation and conveyor systems
Experience in preventative maintenance systems
