Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for their ATS Control Tower in Hyderabad, India. This role involves strategic planning, project management, and process improvement to optimize supply chain operations and ensure smooth functioning of the European transportation network. Responsibilities include data analysis, performance monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration.

Ansvarsområden

  • Generate and create ongoing reports.
  • Analyze data to identify performance issues and implement improvements.
  • Support the delivery of productivity targets for all KPIs.
  • Ensure accurate recording and reporting of metrics.
  • Act as an SME on workflow tools and perform updates.
  • Identify and address operational "hot spots" in collaboration with leadership.
  • Communicate effectively with operations and support functions.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements and automation.
  • Raise awareness of areas for development or recognition.
  • Maintain accurate local workforce management data.
  • Convert Excel reporting to tools like Power BI, Quick sight, SQL, or Tableau.

Krav

  • 2+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel (pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
  • Experience in MS Access and SQL.
  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents.
