Responsibilities

  • Generate and create ongoing reports.
  • Analyze data to identify performance issues and implement improvements.
  • Support the delivery of productivity targets for all KPIs.
  • Ensure accurate recording and reporting of metrics.
  • Act as an SME on workflow tools and perform updates.
  • Identify and address operational "hot spots" in collaboration with leadership.
  • Communicate effectively with operations and support functions.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements and automation.
  • Raise awareness of areas for development or recognition.
  • Maintain accurate local workforce management data.
  • Convert Excel reporting to tools like Power BI, Quick sight, SQL, or Tableau.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel (pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
  • Experience in MS Access and SQL.
  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents.
