Emerson is seeking a Global Trade Compliance Transformation Leader to spearhead initiatives modernizing trade compliance through process standardization, digital enablement, automation, and AI. This highly visible global role involves partnering with senior leaders to shape future capabilities, strengthen compliance programs, and mitigate risk.

Ansvarsområden

Lead global strategy, vision, and roadmap for trade compliance transformation.
Serve as a trusted advisor on modernization, operational excellence, and digital innovation.
Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and risk assessments.
Lead enterprise-wide programs establishing new compliance frameworks and best practices.
Design and implement globally standardized trade compliance processes.
Drive adoption of automation, advanced analytics, and AI solutions.
Provide strategic leadership for technology transformation initiatives.
Resolve complex trade compliance challenges.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate trade compliance risks.
Lead executive governance forums and cross-functional teams.
Represent Emerson with external stakeholders, industry associations, and regulatory agencies.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree, equivalent professional experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Significant experience leading global trade compliance programs within multinational manufacturing, technology, or similarly complex organizations.
Deep knowledge of international trade regulations, export controls, customs requirements, sanctions programs, and related regulatory frameworks.
Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation initiatives involving process redesign, systems implementation, automation, and organizational change.
Experience leveraging digital technologies, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and data-driven methodologies.
Strong business acumen with the ability to align regulatory requirements with operational and strategic objectives.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead enterprise initiatives in complex matrixed environments.
Experience developing governance frameworks, operating models, and compliance strategies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning skills.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, evaluate risk, and deliver sustainable solutions.
